Here at Sportsnet we’re all looking forward to the awesome fun of the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide and to make it even easier to keep track of what’s happening, the organisers have updated their app for iPhones, iPods and iPads.

It now includes the daily race program, a new feature that lists detailed profiles of the drivers and the race results as soon as they’re confirmed. There’s also a GPS powered interactive map and twitter feeds from the drivers. You can get all of the details of the full concert line-up too, with profiles on all of the performers with audio and video links!

The coolest addition is the competition that can only be entered from your iPhone for fans who attend this year’s event – track down the Clipsal 500 Adelaide grid girl over the four days of the event using the augmented reality feature, jump in next to her and snap your photo and submit to be in the draw to win 2 x Double Trackside Super Passes to the 2012 Clipsal 500 Adelaide.
